We accept returns only in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return or exchange.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is not what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a return and send you the correct product.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product should not have been tampered with or altered in any way.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed for the following situations:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged or defective, you will be eligible for a refund.
  • Incorrect Product: If you received an incorrect item, we will refund the amount or provide an exchange for the correct product.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders that were paid for at the time of delivery. The refund will be processed after the product is returned and inspected.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.
